Allen Shulman, Senior Vice President

As SVP Corporate Business Development, Mr. Shulman
is responsible for promoting revenue growth, through
both organic and strategic acquisition strategies.
In addition, he is responsible for the Posera
administration and oversees operations to
insure production efficiency, quality, service,
and cost-effective management of resources.
Mr. Shulman brings more than 24 years
of business and operational experience in
the areas of finance, mergers,
acquisitions, divestitures,
business restructurings,
corporate strategy and
management with more than ten years
focusing in the Retail and Hospitality
industries. He has successfully managed
and closed numerous business transactions
and brings solid transactional and financial experience to his role at Posera.
Prior to joining Posera, Mr. Shulman worked for 4 years in the Financial Advisory
Services at Deloitte & Touche, where he played a key role in consulting businesses
with regards to restructuring, financing, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Shulman holds
a Chartered Accountant designation, a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Concordia
University as well as a Diploma in Accounting from McGill University.
